The war is beginning, the patriots are declaring there Independence against Great Britain. They come into the war with many disadvantages and advantages. The geography are having its affects on the war. As the patriots knowing there geography can easily ambush the British troops. And as you can tell the geography will have a large disadvantages also there disadvantages would also be the large delay between the supply shipping. This giving the rebels a better chance at the war.

During this war there will be many advantages and disadvantages. The British had a huge advantage over the untrained patriot troops, they had heavy war ships and very well trained troops. The British are one of the largest super powers of the whole world and think of this battle being short and easy. But this super power also has some disadvantages. A disadvantage would be the British's huge lag in getting resources from the long travel across the Atlantic Ocean. As for the American patriots they to have some advantages, like the patriots skillful hunters which are used as marksman because of there dead accuracy. Another advantage for the patriots is how they know the land and can use there knowledge of the land to ambush and counter the British troops. But some disadvantages is that the Patriots do not have any cannons nor do they have a navy.

On June 15, 1775 the British planned to take control of Charleston. The Patriots overheard this and planned to attack at Bunker Hill. The Battle of Bunker Hill took place on June 17th, 1775.

The Battle of Bunker Hill took place during the American Revolution. The war itself took place all over the thirteen colonies and even in Britain itself.

It happened because the Patriots were declaring there independence. Also the battle of bunker hill happened because patriot cannons were surronding the fort putting the british war ship in danger causing them to try and take the hill.

During the Battle of Bunker Hill the British brought troops through the back and the patriots had no other choice but to retreat. This made the Battle of Bunker Hill a British victory.
